Oh my!!! I know the campground where you stayed in Rawlings. The very one. Right by the 20 train tracks, lots of RVs. The tent sites look straight onto the tracks. Scott and I stayed there on our cross-country trip east to Minnesota, before we figured out this was NOT the way to go! Unfortunately it’s the only place within miles and miles.
Hope you are well. Glad to hear you are back in the mountains with trees.
I guess that place is a necessary evil due to nothing else around for miles and miles. Ack!
